Troubleshooting Zoom
You’re all ready for class, but when you click on the link…Oops! It isn’t working!
If this happens, follow these steps to get Zoom working for you again:
1) Try connecting with a different device. 95% of the time, this solves the issue.
2) Update your Zoom app to the newest version. Out-of-date Zoom versions won’t connect properly.
3) Reboot your device.
4) If you’ve exhausted all the previous steps, you can reach the Wushu Central HelpDesk on Facebook Messenger. Send a Facebook message to Wushu Central HelpDesk.
