For Children & Teens (and Adults too!)

We pride ourselves in providing our students with meaningful learning experiences that are not only fun, but enriching to their lives. We are excited to announce our upcoming Health & Fitness Workshop on January 29 from 7 – 8 pm. The goal of this workshop is to inspire and teach students the importance of nutritional, physical and mental health, so that students can live healthier, stronger and happier lives. Through this workshop, students will walk away equipped with the knowledge, resources and inspiration to make a difference in their own lives, and other lives within their community. Don’t miss this experience.
The Health & Fitness Workshop teaches important lifelong lessons:
Nutritional Health: Students will lead a greater and healthier life when they learn about basic, common nutritional health problems surrounding proper hydration, nutrient-rich foods, portion control, and more.
Physical Health: From the basics of health and fitness to the complexities of body recovery, students will learn all about the benefits of healthy habits, regular exercise, sleep recovery, and more.
Mental Health: This workshop will teach students the positive effects of proper mental health and give them life-changing lessons on how to live a happier life through strategies and techniques that directly combat negativity and a lack of motivation.
The target age for this presentation is children and teens ages 7+, although younger students are welcome to attend. We strongly recommend that parents attend this workshop along with their children, as much of the information regarding nutrition, exercise, and mindset are detailed and actionable by the children’s caretakers.
