Wushu Central Martial Arts Academy is looking for awesome people who want to have a career that is fun and meaningful. If you don’t have any prior experience, we will teach you the skills you need to become a martial arts instructor.
You undergo training in our scientifically developed martial arts coaching and life skills program.

This is What It’s Like to Work Here:
- Day 1: You are a Leader in Training learning our unique martial arts coaching system. You are being educated on childhood development and teaching skills. You help manage students and assist instructors in providing amazing classes.
- Day 30: You continue learning how to teach martial arts and are getting the hang of it. You are getting better at connecting with kids and maintaining class discipline. You start taking responsibility for small groups of students.
- Day 60: You are improving as an instructor and are also learning how to sell memberships. You are feeling comfortable teaching and have built rapport with both kids and their parents. Students look up to you and are excited to be in your class.
- Day 90+: You are feeling the confidence that comes with teaching martial arts. You have learned the Wushu Central curriculum and have become a martial arts Instructor!
Requirements:
- You must be capable of thriving in a highly disciplined and structured environment
- You must be driven to learn and grow constantly, living outside your comfort zone
- You must be motivated to enroll new students
- You must be an excellent communicator
- You must be in great physical condition
Work Hours:
- Mon 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Tue 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Wed 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Thu 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Sat 9:15 am – 2:30 pm
Background Checks:
